Who is Personalized Property Management Services?

Personalized Property Management & Services has been created to provide “personalized” management services that will focus on your wants and needs. We will be happy to assist you as much or as little as you desire. Some owners prefer to handle their reservations themselves, while most of our owners choose that we take these issues off of their hands completely.

We gladly manage the day-to-day services for you and your guests. Most owners are completely uninvolved in the marketing of their property and rely solely on PPMS to provide bookings and service their home.

Owner’s biggest questions include:

Who will take care of checking the guests in and out, offer personalized registration and take security/reservation deposits?
Paying the entire bills, electric, water, phone, cable?
Oversee monthly and annual services such as: lawn care, pest control, pool care, cleaning and maintenance, termite inspection, AC service, fertilizer for lawn, and all the details that go along with maintaining a home?
